Changes in the world of work are demanding new training strategies and the renewal of teaching methodologies. Nowadays, initial training is only the beginning of the road ahead. Indeed, the ongoing training of professionals is an essential requirement to be able to meet the demands and requirements of the working environment. This course has been created under this idea and its objective is to train teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, non-regulated official training or occupational professional training. Due to the great boom acquired by this modality, Pilates instructors are beginning to be the most sought after. We can consider Pilates as the science that studies the precise and correct movement, focused on all kinds of people. It is a mixture of Eastern and Western gymnastics, based on a postural hygiene that seeks to achieve the correct posture prior to the execution of the movement. The principles on which this method is based are: breathing, control of the centre, awareness, precision, fluidity, stability, coordination and efficiency. This training will allow the Pilates Instructor to teach Pilates professionally.
