Aqua fitness is booming: nowadays, almost all swimming pools, spas and wellness centres offer aqua fitness classes. Sports enthusiasts of all ages are taking up this fun sport and both joggers and swimmers often visit swimming pools to enjoy these classes in the water. This course offers you specialised training to qualify you to work as an AquaFitness Instructor. Moreover, this course has been created under this idea and its objective is to train the teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, official non-regulated training or occupational professional training.
