One of the great challenges of today's societies is to enable intervention strategies that contribute to physical activity in order to prevent situations of dependence that may be caused by physical or biological factors but which, in general, have to do with people's psycho-affective issues. With this course the student will learn the necessary knowledge to carry out both animation activities and physical activity exercises with people with disabilities with the aim of guaranteeing their well-being and improving their quality of life.
